For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, “Effects” refer to any special effects, whether listed or not, including but not limited to dry ice, low-lying fog, fireworks, Sparkulars, and confetti cannons.
Radio All-stars Entertainment assumes no liability for the duration of the dry ice effect. The estimated duration is subject to variables, including trade-offs between run time and density. A longer duration may produce lighter clouds, while a shorter duration results in denser clouds. Refunds will not be provided based on perceived duration or effect limitations.
Radio All-stars Entertainment is not responsible for any interference with effects due to open doors, windows, air conditioning, fans, or other cooling or heating devices. The client is responsible for ensuring that such devices are turned off as requested. Additionally, the effects provided are intended for indoor use only. Radio All-stars Entertainment accepts no liability for any diminished performance, disruptions, or hazards resulting from outdoor use, including but not limited to wind, weather conditions, or uneven surfaces. Any outdoor use is strictly advised against and will void any responsibility or refund from Radio All-stars Entertainment.
Each booking includes 5KG of dry ice unless additional dry ice is requested in writing at least three (3) days prior to the event. Due to the volatile nature of dry ice, the weight may be less than 5KG at the time of operation.
Radio All-stars Entertainment will take reasonable measures to slow the decay rate of dry ice, including sealed storage and refrigeration. However, bookings for Sundays may experience higher decay rates due to limited supply availability.
In the event of complete dry ice depletion before use, a partial refund will be issued. Proof of dry ice purchase is available upon request.
If a Total Fire Ban is in effect and Radio All-stars Entertainment is unable to obtain the necessary permits, a full refund will be issued for the affected effects, minus delivery and staff costs.
Radio All-stars Entertainment reserves the right to select its dry ice supplier. Dry ice provided by the client will not be accepted unless expressly agreed upon in writing prior to the event.
Radio All-stars Entertainment reserves the right to charge for each individual use of the dry ice effect. If the initial 5KG of dry ice is exhausted and additional use is requested, additional hire fees will apply.
All effect machines must be operated exclusively by Radio All-stars Entertainment’s technician. Any unauthorised use will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
Radio All-stars Entertainment is not liable for injuries caused by the actions of guests, patrons, or other individuals mishandling dry ice or failing to follow safety protocols.
A fee will be charged if the client delays the scheduled effect usage by more than fifteen (15) minutes. The decision to extend the grace period is at the sole discretion of Radio All-stars Entertainment and its technicians. Failure to make payment of the additional fee will result in termination of effects services.
Radio All-stars Entertainment is not responsible for any refund if the client fails to secure venue approval for the use of dry ice, fireworks, Sparkulars, or any other effects.
The client must submit the event run sheet at least fourteen (14) days before the event. Failure to provide accurate timing may result in additional fees if the event runs ahead of or behind schedule.
Any changes to the run sheet must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days before the event and are subject to Radio All-stars Entertainment’s approval.
Outdoor and indoor fireworks must adhere to the schedule submitted to the regulatory body. Once submitted, changes cannot be made on the day of the event.
